通过对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎有效病例的收集整理，认为麻杏薏甘汤合银翘马勃散加味治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎是临床上常用方、显效方。本文主要从分析该病证候特点，进而得出该合方化裁针对的病因病机是风寒湿邪犯咽，郁(闭)而化热毒，咽喉不利，病所多属太阴、阳明、少阳，并就麻杏薏甘汤、银翘马勃散的各自运用特点作以简要阐述，进而明确祛风散寒除湿，兼清热泻火解毒、清利咽喉是该证候类型的具体治法。%Through collection of infantile herpangina effective cases, summed up the Maxing Yigan Decoction Combined with Yinqiao Mabo Decoction in the treatment of children with herpangina powder,which is clinically used effective.This paper mainly from the anal-ysis of the characteristics of the disease syndrome.Then it is concluded that the localization and cutting for the cause of disease ma-chine is wind, cold and dampness evil invading pharyngeal, Yu (closed) and heat toxin, throat adverse, disease is lunar, Yangming, Shaoyang, and maxing Yi Gan Decoction, Yinqiao Mabo powder used their characteristics as to briefly, and then clear the expelling wind and cold dispelling dehumidification, and clearing heat and purging fire detoxification, clear and throat is the concrete treatment method for the type of syndrome.
