针对气瓶水压试验装置的发展现状，利用Visual C﹢﹢6.0软件开发了一套面向对象的数据采集软件，并以其为核心设计开发了一套双工位气瓶水压试验装置.文中分别从控制系统、高压回路和低压回路3个方面系统介绍了整个装置的设计，该装置的设计有利于气瓶水压试验装置实现完全自动化，对其发展具有一定的促进意义.%In view of the present development status of cylinders hydrostatic test device,we use Visual C﹢﹢6. 0 software to develop a software for hydrostatic test and take the software as the core to develop a test apparatus of two stations. This thesis introduces the design of the device from the control system,high pressure line and low pressure line on three aspects. The design of this device is conducive to realize full automation for the cylinder hydrostatic test device and also has a certain significance for its development.
