氧等离子体是星际物质的重要组分,其平均离化度是离化平衡的重要标志.对平均离化度和离子的分数分布与温度、密度间关系的研究在等离子体的温度诊断中起着重要作用.本文研究了温度在15~1000 eV内,密度在0.001~1 g/cm3范围内的氧等离子体的离子分数分布和平均离化度,分析了氧等离子体平均离化度随等离子体温度、密度的变化趋势.%As the oxygen plasma is an important component of interstellar matter ,the research of O plasma is very important .Average ionization degree is an important parameter which can describe the ionized balance of plasma . The average ionization degrees and fraction abundance of O plasma were studied in this work ,respect to different temperatures or different densities .The temperature spread from 15 to 1 000 eV and densities contains from 0.001 to 1 g/cm3 .The relationships between average ionization degrees and temperatures or densities are given .
