E - commerce has a necessary prerequisite for rapid development of enterprises. This paper introduces the development of Jiangsu postal e - commerce and the problems about operations of the China Post Express Website. Therefore, we can improve the profitability of the Post Express Website by ameliorating site features, sales channels, the site＇s adhesion, security and commercial capabilities.
