从运作管理的视角谈高校校园建筑与设施规划

摘要

Expanding enrollment policy leads to Chinese universities' large-scale development and construction.However,the inexperience in infrastructure Planning makes many problems in Chinese universities such as low-utilization,high-cost and students' low-degree of satisfaction.This paper tries to use the theory and knowledge of operation and management to discuss the application of gravity model approach in the planning of construction site;operation diagram method in the planning departments and U-shaped arrangement in arranging the hall in the university office.%由生源扩招引发的高校的合并与扩张运动,使各类高校展开大规模的校区开发与建设。获得土地后的国内高校普遍缺乏建筑与设施方面规划的经验,致使设施浪费与高管理成本、低学生满意度等现象屡见不鲜。运用运作管理的相关理论与知识,分析重心法在规划建筑选址、作业相关图法在规划部门位置及U形化布置在高校办公大厅中的运用。
