“一带一路”推进中实施国家安全战略探析

利益边界延伸到哪里，国家安全就应跟进哪里。“一带一路”，延伸了我国海外利益边界，扩充了国家安全外延。它不仅是一项开放合作型的经济国策，更是一项事关国家安全的战略新格局。“一带一路”推进中实施国家安全战略具有重大意义，但在此过程中国家安全面临着传统安全和非传统安全双重威胁。因此，只有建立沿线国家安全风险评估、预警与应对机制，提供区域治理公共产品，发挥“一带一路”相关战略支点作用，才能化危为安，化险为夷，保障“一带一路”推进中国家安全战略的顺利实施。%Where there is the interest boundary extended,there is the national security to follow.The Belt and Road initiative has extended China’s overseas interest boundary and enlarged the extension of national security. It is not only a national economic policy which is open and cooperative,but also a new strategic structure related to national security.During the promotion of the Belt and Road initiative,it is of great significance to implement national security strategy,yet the national security is facing dual threats from traditional and non -traditional security threats.Thus only by establishing the mechanism of risk assessment,early warning and response for countries along the Belt and Road,providing public products for regional governance and bringing out the pivotal role of related strategies of the Belt and Road initiative can we head off danger and ensure the successful implementation of national security strategies during the promotion of the Belt and Road initiative.
