恒压恒流自动控制注水工艺技术在坪北油田的应用

摘要

恒压恒流注水工艺的特点，是在注水过程中保持注水泵出口压力的恒定和注水井注水流量的恒定。注水泵采用变频调速和闭环调节，实现出口压力恒定；注水井口采用多功能恒流配水装置实现注水流量恒定。恒压恒流注水工艺的应用，避免了调水引起的系统压力大幅波动和超注、欠注事故的发生，提高了注水质量，降低了岗位员工的劳动强度，提高了注水生产管理水平。%Constant pressure and constant flow waterflooding technology is used to maintain the constant outlet pressure of the waterflooding pumps and the constant water flooding flow of water injection wells in the waterflooding process. Waterflooding pumps realize their function by using frequency control of motor speed and closed-loop regulation while waterflooding wellhead by using multi-functional distribution main with constant flow. The application of the technology has avoided such troubles as a big change of system pressure, over injection and short injection in the water transfer, raised the waterflooding quality, lessened the labour strength and also improved the management in waterflooding operation.
