长庆油田坪北经理部根据特低渗透裂缝油藏的特性展开了对地下合成凝胶调剖剂的研究及现场试验.试验方法:将丙烯酰胺单体用清水溶解,按(10% ~12% )AM+0 .1% YFJ+0 .02% JLJ+0 .02% 稳定剂的配方要求加各种添加剂 ,搅拌均匀 ;将配好的堵剂装入带塞比色管中密封,分别在20 ℃和50 ℃的温度下保持恒温 ,观察在常温和地层温度条件下发生聚合反应的时间.实践表明 ,地下合成凝胶调剖剂粘度低 ,可泵性好 ,有利于选择性地进入吸水能力强的水窜裂缝,适合于地层温度低于60 ℃的地层 ,但必须在低排量、低压力下施工.%Aiming at the features of ultra -low permeability fractured reservoir in Changqing Oilfield ,the field test of underground synthetic gel profile control agent was launched .The field test shows that such profile control agent can not only go selectively into water -channeling fissures with strong water absorption due to its low viscosity and good pumping ability ,but also be fit for the stratums that have a temperature low er than 60 ℃ on the premise of low displacement and low pressure .
