Faculty members have dual identity of Party members and teachers, their quality is the important power to promote the construction of harmonious campus culture, should play an exemplary role in the process of building a harmonious campus culture. Make the quality of the staff members play the role, it must build a good platform for them, to create good cultural atmosphere.%教工党员拥有党员与教师的双重身份，他们的素质是推动和谐校园文化建设的重要动力，应该在和谐校园文化建设的过程中发挥表率作用。要让教工党员的素质发挥出作用，就必须要为他们搭建起良好的平台，营造出良好的文化氛围。
