在大数据时代，隐私保护的形势日益严峻。保护隐私安全不仅仅是大数据或者技术或者个人的单独行为，它是整个社会行为。当数据挖掘和应用技术有了新发展时，与之相适应的，数据信息中的用户隐私安全也应有新的探索。本文尝试性地从主体意识、隐私心态、数据意识、数据素养、数据利益、技术手段和法律等方面来探析解决路径，以期更智慧地迎接一个安全、高效、文明、发达的大数据时代。%In the age of big data, privacy protection is increasingly serious. The protection of privacy safety is not just individual behavior, it is the act of the whole society. When the data mining and the application have a new technology development, which adapts with it, the data information of user privacy should also explore new. This paper tries from the perspective of subject consciousness, mind, consciousness of data privacy, data quality, data of interest, technical means and legal aspects to seek the solutions, in order to more wisdom to meet a safe, efficient, civilized, advanced age of big data.
