基于无线网络的产线物料配送预警系统的设计开发

摘要

为了解决半导体企业日益增长的订单与日益突出的设备效率瓶颈及一线员工频繁流动之间的矛盾，提升设备综合效率，减少对员工技能的依赖，本研究开发设计了基于无线网络的产线物料配送预警系统，该系统基于TCP/IP网络进行设计，上线后该企业设备综合效率预计将提升2%以上。%In order to solve the contradiction between growing orders and semiconductor companies increasingly prominent equipment efficiency bottleneck and frontline staff frequent flow, improve equipment comprehensive efficiency and reduce dependence on employees' skills, our research and development design production line material distribution based on wireless network early warning system, the system is based on TCP/IP network to carry on the design, after online the enterprise equipment comprehensive efficiency is expected to increase by more than 2%.
