With the aid of modern means of information technology and the teaching management has become the norm, it conforms to the modern teaching management present situation and the demand, this paper hope UTMDSS data warehouse design, and implementation based on data warehouse and data mining of colege teaching management system application.%高校借助现代信息技术手段实现教学管理决策已经成为常态，它符合现代教学管理的现状和需求，本文希望设计UTMDSS数据仓库，并实现基于数据仓库与数据采集的高校教学管理系统应用。
