从制度变迁视角看我国户籍制度创新

制度变迁是对制度框架、准则和实施组合的持续调整,而制度创新则是制度变迁过程中的重要内容.[1]制度变迁的主要内容包括:强制性制度变迁和诱致性制度变迁,我国的户籍制度改革以强制性制度变迁为主.党的十八届三中全会提出,创新人口管理,加快户籍制度改革,将强制性变迁和诱致性变迁结合起来,是我国户籍制度改革重要的方向.%Institutional change is the institutional framework, principles and implementation of the combination of continuous adjustment, and the system innovation is the important content in the process of institutional change.[1] The main contents include: institutional change mandatory institutional change and induced institutional change, our country's reform of the household registration system is given priority to with mandatory institutional change. The third plenary session of the 18 proposed that innovation population management, accelerate the reform of household registration system and combine mandatory changes and the induced changes, and is an important direction of China's household registration system reform.
