21世纪初日本文化政策的重点及启示

摘要

21世纪初，日本政府出台了具有里程碑意义的《文化艺术振兴基本法》，并先后三次公布《关于文化艺术振兴的基本方针》，确立振兴文化艺术的基本理念，制定振兴文化艺术的政策措施，为21世纪初期的文化发展指明了目标和方向。本文通过对21世纪初日本的重要文化政策进行考察，分析日本文化政策的重点，以期为我国当前深化文化体制改革，推动社会主义文化发展提供启示。%　　At the beginning of the 21st century, the Japanese government issued a milestone law:the Basic Law for the Promotion of Culture and the Arts. After the promulgation of the law, the Japanese government published the Basic Policy for the Promotion of Culture and the Arts three times. Thus, Japan had established the fundamental concept, policies and measures for revitalizing culture and the arts, which indicated the direction of cultural development in the early 21st century. By studying and analyzing Japan’s major cultural policies for the early 21st century and the key points of its cultural policies, this article is devoted to providing advice for Chinese cultural innovation and the cultural promotion of socialism.
