气相色谱与气相色谱-质谱联用法对七氟醚降解产物的测定

摘要

Fluoromethyl pentafluoroprop-1-en-2-yl ether(compound A),which is a degradation product of sevoflurane,a novel anaesthetic,is harmful to renal function.A GC and GC-MS method for the determination of compound A has been established and more than 160 real samples were analyzed.The result indicated that the highest concentration of the compound A was 40.1 mg/kg,and the detection limit of the method was 0.1 mg/kg.
