伊朗在1905-1911年进行了著名的宪政运动，然而伊朗传统专制统治的顽固性使其存在的合．法性出现了危机，这场危机不仅是宪政运动的起源和所要解决的问题，更是宪政运动失败的主要原因。本文试着通过宪政运动产生的背景和发展的过程来探析宪政运动失败的原因，并对其受制约的因素进行归纳总结。1905-1911年的宪政运动是伊朗近代史上对于民主诉求的一次突破，虽然最后以失败告终，但其对后世的影响意义深远。%It is known that the constitutional movement was taken place in Iran in 1905- 1911, but the stubborn resistance of the traditional authoritarian rule turned its legitimacy of the existence to be a crisis. This crisis is not only the origin of the constitutional movement and the problems to be solved; it is the main reason of the failure of constitutional movement. This paper tries to analyze the reasons of the failure by the background and development process of constitutional movement, and summarize the factors that are subjected to. The con- stitutional movement was a breakthrough for the democratic aspirations of the modern history of Iran, although it was ended with failure, its profound influence on future generations.
