The ground state properties of polaron in spherical quantum dot in finite potential well are studied by using expand the potential function as plane waves , solve precisely energy eigen-equation , variation method and LLP uni-tary. The numerical results indicate that the ground state energy of polaron increase with increasing the width or height of the potential barrier and decrease with increasing the coupling strength or quantum dot ’s radius .%采用平面波展开、求解能量本征方程、幺正变换和变分相结合的方法,研究有限深势阱里球型量子点中极化子的基态性质。数值计算表明极化子的基态能量随势垒宽度和高度的增加而增大,随电子-声子耦合强度和球壳半径的增大而减小。
