基于范例推理（CBR）的旅游电子商务网站个性化服务研究

摘要

为了帮助游客从国际互联网海量旅游信息中解脱出来，准确、高效地制定个性化旅游计划，提高旅游电子商务网站游客服务能力，提出并构建了基于范式推理的旅游计划推荐系统。对该系统的基本结构进行规划设计，并运用数学建模方法、系统科学方法等实现了范例推理理论在旅游计划推荐系统中的具体工程化。研究结果表明，构建基于范式推理的旅游计划推荐系统具有可行性和有效性。%In order to help tourists free from huge amounts of tourism information,making personal-ized travelling plan with accuracy and efficiency,and improving the ability of tourism e-commerce websites for tourist services,we come up with an recommendation system of travelling plan,which is based on case-based reasoning.We made the plan and design for the basic structure of the system and materialize the specific engineering of paradigm reasoning theory in recommendation systems for traveling plan with the applying of mathematical modeling and systematic science.The research result shows that applying case-based reasoning theory to travelling plan recommender system is a feasible and effective way.
