我国不同所有制新能源上市公司技术效率的比较研究--基于面板数据的DEA －Malmquist实证研究

摘要

本文基于面板数据的DEA－Malmquist模型，利用45家国有及私营新能源上市公司2009～2013年间的样本数据，分析了这一时期我国不同所有制新能源上市公司的技术效率变化状况。研究结果显示：（1）我国新能源上市公司整体技术效率水平低下，仅有0畅39；（2）国有企业和私营企业技术效率偏科现象严重，国有企业在技术效率、纯技术效率上占优，私营企业在规模效率上占优；（3）从动态全要素生产率变化来看，国有企业的发展质量优于私营企业。%This paper applies DEA model and Malmquist index method on technical efficiency of new energy listed companies of dif-ferent ownership from 2009 to 2013 by an empirical study . The results indicate that:firstly , the technical efficiency of new energy listed companies is still low , only 0.39 . Secondly , state-owned enterprises have advantage on technical efficiency and pure technical efficien-cy , and private enterprises are better on scale efficiency . Thirdly , from the point of dynamic changes in total factor productivity , the de-velopment of the state-owned enterprises is better than that of private enterprises .
