高频超声联合钼靶在乳腺癌早期诊断中的临床价值及对患者预后的相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨高频超声联合钼靶在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用效果及对患者预后的相关性.方法:选择2015年1月-2017年11月入院治疗的乳腺癌早期患者60例,所有患者均经过手术病理检查最终得到确诊.手术前患者先行高频超声、钼靶X线检查,将高频超声联合钼靶检查结果与手术病理结果进行比较,采用SPSS Pearson相关性分析软件对高频超声联合钼靶诊断效果与患者预后相关性进行分析,分析高频超声联合钼靶在乳腺癌患者中的诊断效果及对患者预后的相关性.结果:60例乳腺癌患者均经过手术病理检查最终得到确诊,高频超声检查48例确诊,确诊率为80.00%;SPSS Pearson相关性分析结果表明:高频超声联合钼靶X线检查与患者预后呈正相关性 (P<0.05).结论:高频超声联合钼靶用于乳腺癌早期诊断中效果理想,能帮助患者早期确诊,与患者预后具有一定的相关性,值得推广应用.%Objective To explore the application effect of high-frequency ultrasound combined with molybdenum target in early diagnosis of breast cancer and its correlation with the prognosis of patients. Methods 60 patients with early breast cancer who were admitted to hospital from January 2015 to November 2017 were selected and all patients were confirmed by surgical pathology. Before the operation, the patients were examined by high-frequency ultrasound and mammography, and the results of high-frequency ultrasound combined with molybdenum target were compared with the pathological results of the surgery.Via Pearson correlation analysis software SPSS for high frequency ultrasonography combined mammography diagnosis effect and prognosis of patients with correlation analysis, analysis of high frequency ultrasonography combined mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients and correlation with the prognosis of patients. Results 60 cases of breast cancer were confirmed by surgical pathology, 48 cases were confirmed by high-frequency ultrasound, and the diagnosis rate was 80.00%. The results of SPSS Pearson correlation analysis showed that high frequency ultrasound combined with molybdenum target X-ray examination was positively correlated with the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion high frequency ultrasound combined with molybdenum target is ideal for early diagnosis of breast cancer, which can help patients to be diagnosed early, and has a certain correlation with the prognosis of patients, which is worthy to be popularized and applied.
