中国特色农业现代化建设的有益探索--以浙江省农业现代化综合评价指标体系为例

摘要

Modern agriculture is modern industrial equipment agriculture,armed with modern science and technology,with a modern management theory and method of agriculture.Only by adhering to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,can we promote the construction of agricultural modernization with Chinese charac-teristics,and enable agriculture to make more contributions to the economic growth and social development. This paper comprehensively and deeply explains the scientific connotation of agricultural modernization with Chi-nese characteristics.Taking an economically more developed Zhej iang Province as an example,the paper makes a study of the level and achievements of Zhej iang’s agricultural modernization by the application of labor produc-tivity index method,systematic index system and work-promoting comprehensive index system,and the con-struction of agricultural modernization,the scientific research into the great practice in various regions and the summary analysis are affirmed to be a useful exploration in promoting the agricultural modernization with Chi-nese characteristics.%现代化农业是以现代工业装备农业，以现代科技武装农业，以现代管理理论和方法经营农业。只有坚持走中国特色社会主义道路，推进中国特色农业现代化建设，才能更好地促进农业为经济增长和社会发展作贡献。本文全面、深刻地诠释了中国特色农业现代化的科学内涵，以经济较为发达的浙江省为例，应用劳动生产率指标法、系统化的指标体系方法和工作推动型综合指标体系评价方法对浙江省农业现代化水平与绩效作了量化研究，肯定了对中国特色农业现代化建设和各地丰富的实践进行科学研究和总结分析是对推进中国特色农业现代化建设的有益探索。
