By recruiting 65 male athletes from Huzhou Youth Sports Training School for incremental cycling exercise with the exercise without stopping until they could not keep up with the workloads,we analyze the associations among RPE,HR and Blood Lactate.The result shows that RPE,HR and BLa were not related to each other during low intensity of the incremental cycling exercise,but they were significantly related to each other during the high intensity level,thus we reach the conclusion that BLa can be replaced by RPE or HR as a simpler index to evaluate the degree of fatigue and exercise intensity. HR can be regressed by training years and RPE,BLa level can be regressed by training years,RPE and HR.%通过对湖州市体育运动学校65名男运动员进行功率自行车递增负荷至力竭的测试,分析该过程中 RPE、HR 和 BLa 三者之间的关系。研究结果显示,小强度运动时 RPE、HR 和 BLa 之间不存在显著相关关系,次大强度和大强度运动时 RPE、HR 和 BLa 存在显著相关关系。由此得出:RPE 或 HR 可以代替 BLa 作为评价疲劳程度和运动强度的简易指标,且在高强度运动时更为有效;用训练年限和 RPE 以及训练年限、HR 和 RPE 可以分别推导出 HR 和 BLa 的回归方程。
