示温蜡片黏贴装置的研制

摘要

The paper discusses the feasibility of temperature display wax sheet sticking device,and it also explores the possibility of improving the efficiency of temperature display wax sheet sticking device by the investigation of current application of temperature display wax sheet.By comparison,the paper proposes a design of temperature display wax sheet sticking device.After the process of design drawing, parts processing and test,the result show the device can not only stick charged temperature display wax sheet but also improve the efficiency of sticking.%讨论黏贴示温蜡片技术存在的合理性，并对变电所现阶段示温蜡片的应用现状进行调查，同时对提高示温蜡片黏贴效率的可能性进行探讨。通过方案比较，提出了示温蜡片黏贴装置的设计思路。通过绘制设计图纸，进行零件加工和现场数据实测，发现该装置可实现带电黏贴示温蜡片，提高黏贴效率。
