中等收入阶段跨越之途:国际经验

摘要

Based on summarizing the experiences and lessons from several countries on how to cross the middle-income stage,this paper refines several experiences about crossing the middle-income stage.The basic conclusion is that,because of ensuring the steady economic growth,a country should continuously improve labor productivity,speed up human capital upgrading,maintain a stable exchange rate.According to this requirement,if China can maintain a reasonable economic growth rate in the next few years and ac-celerate the pace of reform and economic restructuring,it is possible to cross the middle-income stage.%在总结若干国家跨越中等收入阶段的经验和教训的基础上,提炼出了跨越中等收入阶段的几条经验.基本结论是,要在保证经济平稳增长的基础上,不断提高劳动生产率、加快人力资本提升、保持汇率稳定.按此要求,如果中国能在未来若干年内,保持合理的经济增长速度,并加快改革和经济结构调整步伐,可以跨越中等收入阶段.
