目的 探讨煅制过程中各工艺参数对紫石英中有害元素的影响.方法 采用正交实验法,以原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的含量为指标,对煅制温度、煅制时间、醋用量、醋淬次数进行考察.结果 煅制温度、煅制时间、醋用量、煅制次数4个因素对铅、镉、砷、铜的含量均有非常显著性影响(P<0.01);煅制温度对汞含量有非常显著性影响(P<0.01),煅制次数对汞含量有显著性影响(P<0.05),而煅制时间、醋用量对汞含量无显著性影响(P>0.05).结论 经煅淬后,紫石英中所含铅、镉、砷、汞、铜等有害元素的含量均有不同程度的降低,经优选的最佳炮制工艺为700℃煅制20min,每100 g紫石英每次加醋15mL,煅淬3次.%Objective To investigate the effects of calcining process on harmful elements Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in fluorite. Methods With the orthogonal experimental design,the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper, were used as detecting indexes to study the calcining time and temperature, vinegar-quenching processing technology. Results The calcining temperature, calcining time, the amount of vinegar and processing times were significant effective to the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic and copper (P<0.01); Calcining temperature was significant to affect the mercury content(P<0.01); Processing times was significant to affect the Hg content (P<0.05), while calcining time and the vinegar amount were not significant to affect Hg content (P>0.05). Conclusion After calcining, the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper in Fluorite are decreased in deferent degrees. The optimum processing conditions are as follows:calcining temperature at 700℃ for 20 minites, in 100 g quenching with 15 mL vinegar each time, and processing three times.
