目的：观察十味膝康颗粒治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎气虚湿阻证的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组予以十味膝康颗粒口服，对照组予以滑膜炎颗粒口服，疗程28 d。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、中医证候积分、B超积液量的变化及安全性指标，分析其疗效和安全性。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.7%、对照组为86.7%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0．05)；观察组在中医证候疗效、改善患者中医证候总积分、减少患者关节积液量方面优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0．05)；且治疗过程中未见不良反应。结论十味膝康颗粒治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎气虚湿阻证疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。%〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shiwei Xikang Granules in treatment of the chronic gonarthromeningitis with Qi deficiency and damp obstruction syndrome. Methods 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given orally with Shiwei Xikang Granules, the control group was treated orally with Huamoyan Granules, and the course was for 28 days. The clinical symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom score, clinical efficacy, B-fluid volume and security indicators were observed to analyze drug efficacy and safety. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7% and the control group was 86.7%, the effect of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group in the efficacy of Chinese medicine, improving patient Chinese medicine syndrome scores and reducing B-fluid volume was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no any adverse reaction. Conclusion Shiwei Xikang Granules show obvious clinical efficacy in treating chronic gonarthromeningitis with Qi deficiency and damp obstruction syndrome, and high safety. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
