乳胶自动输送系统的设计

摘要

PVAc glue can’t be transported through pipe due to its fast dry character. This article describes a design of PVAc glue automatic feeding system to realize PVAc glue transporting. The system includes a vacuum unit for escaping air bubble from glue, an air-operated constant pressure pump and a pressure reducing unit to fit usage demands. The system has been run smoothly for over 3 years. And glue characters did not changed after transportation. The conclusion is that PVAc transportation is available.%　　乳胶由于其快干等的点，一直在卷烟厂无法实现自动化物流输送，为解决这个问题，设计了一种系统，通过真空脱气、恒压输送及减压接收等工艺实现了乳胶全自动输送。系统现场运行3年多，工作稳定，乳胶理化指标无变化，证明乳胶自动输送是可行的。
