According to the adjacency matrix and degree diagonal matrix,its regular Laplacian matrix where Giis ri-regular connected graph is determined, and the normalized Laplacian characteristic polynomial is obtained by using block matrix and Schur complement, then the normalized Laplacian eigenvalue is given.%由剖分—边—边联图G1?G2的邻接矩阵和度对角矩阵确定其正规拉普拉斯矩阵, 其中 Gi是 ri-正则连通图, 利用分块矩阵的化简和Schur补确定其正规拉普拉斯特征多项式, 得到正规拉普拉斯特征值.
