警察院校学员警务射击能力培养现状与提高研究——以湖南警察学院为例

The police gun-using ability is a very important actual combat ability, so strengthening police college students’ability to use police guns in training and education is of great significance to improve police’s actual combat ability. Taking Hunan Police Academy as an example, this paper studied the status quo of police students’using of guns, pointed out the deficiencies in training and put forward some suggestions accordingly, in order to improve the police students’ability of using guns and to provide some reference for other public security colleges in the police guns’using ability construction.%　　警察警用枪支使用能力是很重要的警务实战能力，加强公安院校公安专业学员警用枪支使用能力培养教育，对提高警察警务实战工作能力，意义重大。以湖南警察学院为例，对公安专业学员警用枪支使用能力培养状况进行了研究，通过研究，指出了在培养中存在的不足，并根据警察警用枪支使用能力构成因素，结合其不足之处，有针对性的提出了一些建设建议，旨在为提高公安专业学员警用枪支使用能力服务，也为其他公安院校在警用枪支使用能力培养建设上提供一些借鉴。
