三聚氰胺对草酸钙结石形成机理的影响

         

摘要

应用电导率仪(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和红外光谱(FT-IR)研究三聚氰胺在纯水体系和人造尿体系中对草酸钙(CaOx)结晶的影响。结果表明:三聚氰胺能抑制二水草酸钙(COD)促进一水草酸钙(COM)成核,并随浓度的升高,促进作用增强,并且有促进COM晶体生长的作用,有利于草酸钙结石的形成,增大了草酸钙类结石发生的风险。%The effects of melamine on the crystallization of calcium oxalate were investigated in pure water system and synthetic urine system by means of conductivity meter, scanning electron microscope, X-ray powder diffraction and infrared spectra. The results show that melamine inhibited the nucleation of calcium oxalate dehydrate (COD) and promoted the nucleation of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM). With the increase of the concentration of melamine, the role in promoting crystallization was enhanced. It has the role to promote COM crystal growth and conducive to calcium oxalate stone formation, which increases the risk of calcium oxalate stone formation.
