基于政、校、企合作的高职人才培养模式--以连云港市新浦区高职商贸、物流专业为例

         

摘要

Specific ways to the effective school-government-enterprise cooperation can be as fol ows: government extensively solicits ideas of higher-vocational colleges and enterprises to formulate development policies of higher-vocational colleges and implement policies; vocational college teachers actively participate researching the related projects,products,and service; the enterprise transforms from favoring students in substituted post exercitation to emphasizing enterprise-school cooperation. The school-government-enterprise cooperation hits the common excitement of three-party benefit, increases the social position of higher-vocational colleges, improves the conditions of higher-vocational col eges, strengthens the enterprise competitiveness, and establishes the scientific concept of political achievements of government. The school-government-enterprise cooperation has more stability and expansibility than the school-enterprise cooperation.%政、校、企合作具体途径可以是政府广泛征求高职院校与企业意见制定高职发展政策并认真落实、高职院校教师积极参与政府、企业相关课题、产品或服务研究、企业从亲睐高职顶岗实习学生到重视合作办学的跨越等方式实现政、校、企三方有效互动。政、校、企合作击中了三方利益共同的“兴奋点”、提升高职院校社会地位、改善高职院校的办学条件、提升企业竞争力、塑造政府科学的政绩观。政、校、企合作较校、企合作更具稳定性、发展性。
