The development and expansion of cities lead to the decrease of agriculture land and forest as well as the habitat. At the same time,the increasing application of impervious material breaks the vir-tuous cycle of the rain. All of these factors result in urban flood and drought. Henceforth,the more widely application models of rain garden become the focus for the city builders.
