举国体制下我国竞技体育职业化发展探析

摘要

Seen from the world environment of the competitive sports and the direction of Chinese sports system reform, the professionization of competitive sports is a correct and inevitable path of development. China has achieved certain results and accumulated much experience in these 20 years' reform process, since 1992 when China started to take up the road of competitive sports reform. However, the effect of the reform is not obvious, due to the existing objective and subjective factors constraining the professionalism of competitive sports reform. This study analyzes these factors and puts forward some countermeasures in order to promote the professional development of competitive sports of our country.%从世界竞技体育发展的大环境和我国体育体制改革的方向看，竞技体育职业化是正确的必然的发展道路，1992年我国开始试点走竞技体育职业化改革的道路，在二十年的改革过程中，取得了一定的成果，积累了经验，但是，改革效果还不明显，还存在诸多制约竞技体育职业化改革的主客观因素，本研究对这些因素进行分析，并针对性提出相关对策和措施，以期能更好促进我国竞技体育职业化发展。
