实现中华民族伟大复兴是近代以来中国人民最伟大的梦想。中国梦的基本内涵是实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福。中国梦为凝聚改革发展所需力量竖起了一面具有强大感召力和凝聚力的精神旗帜。中国梦凝聚改革发展的方向共识，凝聚改革发展的道路共识，凝聚改革发展的利益共识。要以中国梦为精神旗帜，认真贯彻“四个全面”战略布局，全面深化改革，谋求科学发展。%Realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the greatest dream of Chinese people since the modern times.
