目的 为橘叶的鉴定寻找简单易行的方法和依据.方法 利用显微常数法,观察和测定橘叶和3种易混淆品种(沙糖桔叶、金钱橘叶、皇帝柑叶)的脉岛数和油室指数,对得到的数据进行统计分析,比较各个样品之间的差异,从而分析应用显微常数法对橘叶鉴定的可行性.结果 各个样品的脉岛数之间存在很大差异(P＜0.01)；各个样品之间的油室指数均有差异(P＜0.05).结论 显微常数法鉴定橘叶品种快速、简便、可靠性高,可作为橘叶品种区别的鉴定依据.%Objective To explore a simple method and basis for identifying the tangerine leaf. Methods With microscopic characteristic constant,observing and identifying the vein islet number and oil chamber number of tangerine leaves and other three confusingly similar varieties,and put the data to statistical analyzing process. And then comparing the differences between samples, finally analyzing the feasibility of the experimental method. Results The vein islet number between each samples existed significant differences (P <0. 01) , it showd statistical significance;the oil chamber number between each samples were also observed significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion It is quick ,and simple feasible to identify variety of tangerine leaf by the microscopic constant method. The method can be a foundation of identifying tangerine leaf.
