[Abs tract]In November 2014, Qipanzhou bonded logistics center in Huangshi was approved by the state council of China as the first bonded logistics center in prefecture -level cities in Hubei province .In the face of the good opportunity of the construction of the economic belt in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river and Hubei’ s application for the inland free trade zone , Huangshi shall constantly update development concept , implement innovation -driven development strategy , take advantage of convenient transportation , favorable policies, rich resources, etc.and push the construction of the comprehensive free trade zone through decen-tralization and building platform of openness , improving the function of the bonded logistics center , quicken-ing the construction of the logistics network , nurturing modern logistic enterprises , as well as attracting tal-ents, training and developing talents , etc.%2014年11月，黄石市棋盘洲保税物流中心顺利通过国家验收，黄石成为省内第一家拥有（物流）保税区的地级市。面对长江中游经济带建设和湖北申报内陆自贸区的机遇，黄石要不断更新理念，实施创新发展战略，充分利用交通区位、政策、资源等方面的优势，通过采取简政放权，打造开放平台；完善保税物流中心的功能；加快物流网络建设，培育现代物流企业；加强人才引进，注重开发培养等措施，推进综合保税区的建设。
