国有土地上房屋征收与补偿不实评估救济机制研究

摘要

Inaccurate assessment of housing expropriation and compensation on the state - owned land will cause the loss of the state - owned property and interest damage of the expropriated. In order to guarantee objective and just assessment which was accepted by both expropriator and the expropriated, we can introduce adjudication mechanism of third party and construct relief mechanism of risk.%国有土地上房屋征收的不实评估会导致国有资产的流失或被征收入的利益受损。为保证评估客观公正，使评估价格征收双方当事人都能接受，可以引入第三方裁决机制，构建评估风险救济机制，创新政府工作机制。
