推进孝感经济实现跨越式发展的几点思考

2013年孝感人均GDP已超过4000美元，目前正处于从中等收入水平向高收入水平迈进的关键时期。完成市委市政府提出的“推进产业跨越、建设经济强市”战略任务，事关孝感全面建成小康社会大局。从近几年经济发展的情况看，孝感主导产业基本形成、投资力度持续加大、资源要素积累充分、全市上下锐意进取，已具备实现经济跨越式发展的基础。从现有条件出发，推进孝感经济实现跨越式发展必须从确保增长速度、注重结构调整和转变发展方式等方面持续努力。%A bstact:Xiaogan's GDP per person, more than $4000 in 2013, is in the key period from middle-income level to high income level currently .The strategic task of"promoting great-leap-forward industry and construc-ting economic powerful city"proposed by city government is greatly concerned with the comprehensive realization of well-off society in Xiaogan.From the view of economic development in recent years, all of Xiaogan's basic forma-tion of dominant industry and increasing investment, coupled with the sufficient resources elements and the citizens'great efforts help to the achievement of great -leap -forward economic development.Considering present situa-tions, continuous efforts must be made to ensure economic growth speed, the structure adjustment and transforma-tion of development mode so as to promote Xiaogan great-leap-forward development.
