甘南州合作市基层干部理论素养现状调查研究

摘要

Political theory quality is the soul of cadre ability,level core and the working style of the party's,it is the foundation of morality and character.The theoretical attainment level of cadres in ethnic minority areas directly determines the minority ar-eas grass -roots party organizations and the level for the local governments to serve the people.It not only fundamentally affects the party's leadership and ruling ability raise but also affects the advanced construction of the party.Taking the grassroots cadres as the research object,through a questionnaire survey and interviews on cooperation,this paper makes in -depth investigations and studies on the political theory quality of the grassroots cadres.It combines the relevant literature and research results to an-alyze the political theory literacy status and causes of grassroots cadres and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%政治理论素养是干部能力、水平的核心，是党性作风的灵魂，是道德、品格的根基。少数民族地区干部理论素养水平的高低直接决定着民族地区基层党组织和基层政府为人民服务水平的高低，它不仅从根本上影响着党的领导水平和执政能力的提高，而且影响着党的先进性建设和执政地位的巩固。本文以基层干部为调查对象，通过抽样问卷调查和访谈方式对合作市基层干部政治理论素养现状进行了深入调查研究，并结合相关文献资料和调研结果，分析了合作市基层干部政治理论素养现状及成因，并且提出相应的对策及建议。
