我国现行的社会保障制度面临着一系列的新问题和挑战,集中表现在对弱势群体关注不够,保障缺位或保障乏力,要立足于社会弱势群体来创建与国情相适应的社会保障制度.%The current social security system in China is facing with a series of new problems and challenges, which lies in lack of focuses on vulnerable groups, absence of security or lack of assurance.Therefore, we should construct the social security system in accordance with national conditions based on taking care of the vulnerable groups.
