改进的三步相位测量轮廓术

             

摘要

A new improved method based on active controlling of phase-shifting was presented .In the meas-urement, three frames of sinusoidal gratings with the same known phase-shifting value are projected to the measured object one by one , while three frames of distorted fringes are captured by CCD camera synchronous-ly.3D shape of the object is measured according to improved phase extracting algorithm .The computer simu-lations and experiments show that the improved method can effectively improve the measurement accuracy .%提出一种的可控制相移量的新三维测量方法,按照预定的相移量将三幅等相移正弦光栅图设定好,由投影仪投影该三幅光栅图到待测物体表面,对应采集三帧变形条纹图,通过改进的相位计算模型提取相位,结合高度映射公式计算出物体三维面形。新改进的方法可以有效地提高测量精度,仿真实验表明了该方法的有效性。
