望峰岗选煤厂原煤仓挂煤现象的解决方法应用

摘要

The overall situation of coal hanging on the raw coal repertory phenomenon in Wangfeng-gang coal preparation plant was introduced,and the reason of that was detailedly expounded.The negative effects of raw coal hanging on the raw coal repertory on mineral processing work were summarized.By combining with the actual situation and analyzing the common methods by which coal hanging on the raw coal repertory phenomenon was currently treated,a practical and efficient solution was present and put in-to the applied test in Wangfenggang coal preparation plant,in which the solution was proved effectual. The solution was predicted to make considerable economic benefits.%介绍了望峰岗选煤厂原煤仓挂煤现象的整体情况，对仓内粘煤现象的原因作出详细阐述；总结了原煤挂仓对选煤厂洗选作业带来的负面影响，结合实际情况分析了选煤厂现阶段处理仓内粘煤的常用方法，提出了一种实用、有效的解决方法并在望峰岗选煤厂进行了应用试验，取得了较好的试验结果；为选煤厂带来了可观的经济效益。
