安徽省淮南市中学女子手球现状及对策研究

摘要

In this paper, using the method of literature and questionnaire, the current situation of Huainan city middle school women's handball results, coaches age structure and educational structure is not reasonable, women's handball training efficiency is not high, source of funds is single, the lack of venues and equipment, fewer athletes competing capacity. Seek diversified funding sources, improve a handball court and equipment construction, popularize handball propaganda, improve the overall quality of the coaches, optimizing the age structure, increase training time. Development of the Anhui province Huainan city women's handball movement continued, healthy, orderly.%采用文献资料法和问卷调查法对淮南市中学女子手球现状进行研究，结果表明，教练员年龄结构与学历结构不够合理，女子手球训练效率不高，经费来源比较单一，场地器材匮乏，运动员参赛量少。建议寻求多元化资金来源，完善手球场地与器材建设，普及手球宣传，提高教练员整体素质，优化年龄结构，加大训练时间，使安徽省淮南市女子手球运动持续、健康、有序地发展。
