商住楼消防设计现状及其研究

摘要

This paper analyzes of common problems of business-living buildings in fire control design,which is based on the current national fire codes.Combined with some projects,this paper analyzes the present situa⁃tion of fire control design in the definition of business-living building,form and quantity of the stairs and in⁃door fire water supply.Finally we put forward some suggestions and practices for the main problems in the fire control design of business-living building.%基于国家现行消防技术规范对商住楼消防设计的规定，分析商住楼消防设计中常见问题。通过一建筑工程实例，从商住楼的定性、定量、楼梯设置形式及数量、室内消防给水等多方面剖析了商住楼消防设计现状，并针对商住楼消防设计中存在的主要问题提出一些建议和做法。
