水热一锅法制备ZnS-SnS2复合光催化剂及其光催化性能研究

         

摘要

以SnCl4·4H2O、ZnSO4·7H2O和硫脲为原料,采用水热一锅法制备ZnS-SnS2复合光催化剂。利用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物的物相组成和形貌进行表征,并探讨水热条件对产物的影响。选取甲基橙作为目标降解物研究合成产品的光催化性能。结果表明,合成的ZnS-SnS2复合物光催化降解效率明显优于单一的ZnS和SnS2,在160℃下反应8 h合成的ZnS-SnS2表现出最高的光催化活性,光照3 h后,甲基橙的降解率达到89%。%ZnS-SnS2 composite photocatalyst was prepared by one-pot hydrothermal method using SnCl4 · 4H2O、ZnSO4·7H2O and thiourea as raw materials. X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron micros⁃copy(TEM)were used to characterize the phase composition and morphology of the products,and the effects of hydrothermal conditions on the products were investigated. The photocatalytic activity of synthetic prod⁃ucts was evaluated by the photocatalytic decoloration of methyl orange(MO)aqueous solution. Experimental results showed that the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the as-synthesed ZnS-SnS2 composites was obviously superior to that of single ZnS or SnS2. The ZnS-SnS2 synthesed at 160 ℃ for 8 h had the highest photocatalytic activity,and the decolorization percentage of methyl orange reached 89% after visible light irra⁃diation for 3 h.
