以色列合作经济组织——莫沙夫的发展及启示

Kibbutz and Moshav as a model promote the development of the agricultural economy of Israel.Today,the Moshav is a major kind of Israeli agricultural cooperative economic organizations,which give full play to the administrative and economic function.Meanwhile,it gets strong government support.Moshavis is similar to China Agriculture community as a comprehensive agricultural society.Learning from the successful experience of its it development,it can rurally improve our economic organization： government should establish the policy system for cooperative economic organizations,training professional people for the cooperative development and deepening the reform of cooperatives in order to obtain a specific development environment.%基布兹和莫沙夫作为以色列农业合作经济的典范,促进了以色列农业经济的发展.如今,莫沙夫作为以色列最主要的农业合作经济组织,充分发挥着行政和经济双重功能.并得到政府的大力支持.莫沙夫是一种综合性农业社,与我国农业社相似,借鉴其发展的成功经验,对完善我国农村社区合作经济组织很有意义：国家建立对农村合作经济组织的政策支持体系,培养专业人才,为合作社发展注入新的活力和合作社只有不断的深化改革,才能在特定的环境下求得发展.
