构建医疗纠纷专业调解组织的法律思考

摘要

我国医患关系紧张的重要原因是现行医疗纠纷解决机制存在缺陷,建立一个中立的医疗纠纷专业调解委员会是是解决这一问题的有效办法。该机构应由国家司法机关按照人民调解的性质设立,并结合医疗责任保险的强制推行。%The tense relationship between doctors and patients mainly, results from defect of the practical resolving system of medical disputes. In order to solve this problem, it may be an effective way to set upon authoritative neutral institution by the government for mediating medical dispute with the enforcement of a compulsory liability insurance.
