十八大精神引领下对红河学院国门大学文化建设的思考

党的十八大明确指出，“文化是民族的血脉，是人民的精神家园”，进一步提升了文化在国家发展战略中的地位。作为既具有国家门户地域特质又具有高等教育属性的国门大学，应在十八大精神的指引下，肩负起“把中国介绍给世界”与“把世界介绍给中国”的双重使命，在汲取国内外优秀文化的基础上，加强国门大学自身文化建设，创建国门大学特色文化品牌，立足区域服务地方文化建设的同时，推进“走出去”战略，增强国门大学文化的海外影响力和国际竞争力。%In 18th Party Congress, the statement of " culture is lifeblood of a nation, and spiritual home of people as well " has greatly enhanced the status of culture in national development strategy. Honghe University, an institution of higher education in southern border of China,should burden the responsibility of " introducing China to the world" and " introducing the world to China”. Hence, we should improve the influence and competitive ability through strengthening culture construction and building brand with our own characteristics.
