泵站前池底坝整流数值模拟研究

     

摘要

Based on the solution of the Navier-Stokes equations and the standard k-ε turbulent model,numerical simulation on flows through the sill applied for the sump of the pumping station has been carried out by use of the staggered grid system.The structure of the flows is predicted accurately.The numerical analysis results show that the flow undergoes hindrance separating separation of boundary layer,clinging and sufficient development.It is also indicated that the location of the sill is determined by the length of the swirl.The numerical method presented in this paper can be used to predict the lenghth of the swirl and the location of the sill.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.%基于N-S方程和标准的k-ε紊流模型,采用交错网格系统,对泵站前池底坎整流的流动进行数值模拟.准确预测了底坎整流的流动场结构.数值分析结果表明底坎分离流动主要经历了阻水、边界层分离、再附和充分发展四个过程.研究发现水流过坎后漩滚区长度决定了底坎的设置位置.文中提出的数值方法,可用于准确预报坎后的漩长长度和底坎位置.通过计算结果与实验资料相比较,表明模拟结果是可信的.
