针对具有月尺度的径流系列资料和同期的月或年尺度的供需水系列资料,或仅具有水资源规划中不同保证率(如50%、75%、90%、95%或97%等)的供需水资料2种常见的资料条件,给出抗旱能力定量计算的简化方法,并根据抗旱能力水平指数来水频率(保证率)关系曲线确定抗旱能力大小;提供了计算示例,可供进一步研究与应用参考。%In this paper, the simplified algorithms for quantitative calculation of drought resistance capacity are proposed under two kinds of commonly used data conditions: (1) available monthly runoff data and corresponding monthly or annual water supply-demand data, and (2) available monthly runoff data and water supply-demand data with different guarantee probabilities (50% , 75% , 90% , 95% , 97% , etc. ) for water resources planning. The drought resistance capacity is determined based on the relationship between the level index of drought resistance capacity and inflow frequency. A calculation example is given, which can provide references for further study and applications.
